Terms of Use
Last updated October 15, 2026
The agreement
These terms cover the Wee Hours apps, this website and the Wee Hours MCP server (together, “Wee Hours”). By using Wee Hours you agree to them. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If the two conflict, these terms win where the law allows.
Not medical advice
Wee Hours is a record-keeping tool. It doesn't give medical advice, diagnose anything or tell you when to feed your baby, and it is not a medical device. Reminders are a convenience, not a safety system: they can arrive late or not at all. Always use your own judgment, and contact your pediatrician or emergency services if you're worried about your baby's health.
Voice and automatic entries
Voice logging and connected AI assistants can misunderstand you. Wee Hours shows you what it logged and lets you undo or correct it, but you're responsible for checking that your log is accurate before relying on it.
Your account and household
- Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account, including entries made by assistants you connect and tokens you create.
- Anyone you invite to your household can read and add to its log, and any member can delete the household's data.
- Only add people to a household if you're entitled to share that baby's information with them.
Your content
You own your log. You give us permission to store, process and sync it only so we can provide Wee Hours to you and your household. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.
Subscriptions
- Each new household gets a 14-day trial of Wee Hours Plus. After it ends, tap logging, the timeline and partner sync stay free.
- Plus is available as a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. One purchase covers the whole household.
- Subscriptions are billed by Apple and renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. Apple handles refunds under its own policies.
- “Lifetime” means for as long as we offer Wee Hours.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse Wee Hours. That includes trying to access other households' data, overloading or attacking the service, reverse engineering it beyond what the law allows, or using the MCP server or access tokens to scrape it or build a competing service.
Changes and availability
We work to keep Wee Hours available but can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The phone keeps working offline and syncs later. We may change or discontinue features. If we ever shut down the hosted service, we'll give you notice and a way to export your log first.
Disclaimers and liability
Wee Hours is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on the log, reminders or an assistant's interpretation of it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Ending
You can stop using Wee Hours and delete your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app first. Continuing to use Wee Hours afterwards means you accept the new terms.
